We create your initial knowledge base, and you can add or update information through your TipCMS administration area.
 

The system records visitors’ questions and the assistant’s responses, including questions it could not answer. You can review those unanswered questions and add approved answers to help future visitors. It’s a practical way to discover what customers want to know and improve the information your website provides.
 

You also choose where the AI chat button appears—throughout your website or only on selected pages.
